Table of Contents
1 Payments
Prices are not guaranteed until your tickets have been paid for in full and issued, and are subject to change at any time until then. As soon as you submit your Booking Form with all passenger information and payment details, we will begin ordering and issuing your tickets.
Depending on your itinerary, please allow up to 3 business days from the time you submit the form for your tickets and/or e-ticket confirmations to be delivered to you.
Tickets may be issued as paper tickets, e-tickets, or a mix of both. Please note that tickets are subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed until we have purchased the ticket with the airline.
Please understand that we do everything we can to offer the best possible pricing for our customers. By doing so, most of our tickets that we sell are not eligible to earn miles/awards on your accounts. It's the worthwhile trade in saving thousands of dollars on your ticket price.
2 Form of Payment
We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card), wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash as payment for the full ticket price.
Your card/account will only be charged once we receive confirmation from the airline that your flights are booked. Please note that a pre-authorization is required on all Credit Card Payments to ensure that your funds are available for the ticket purchase. Tickets will not be released until full payment has cleared.
3 Date Changes
In the event that a change is requested, we will honor the change so long as we can acquire availability for the new dates/times requested. The new flights and dates will be subject to the pricing at that time.
In addition to any increase in price, there may be an additional change fee of up to $250.00 USD per passenger, per airline. We will do our best to find you new availability to accommodate your new dates; however, we cannot guarantee the new availability.
4 Cancellations
Cancellations for any reason whatsoever, including medical reasons, death in the family, strikes, wars, weather, natural disasters, airline default or government travel warnings, or any other reason, can be made up to 72 hours before flight departure.
Canceled flights will receive credit to book a flight of equal value for the following 12 months. Canceled flights may receive a cancellation fee of up to $350.00.
Trip cancellation and interruption insurance can be purchased from any third party and may reimburse you for some of the cases mentioned above.
5 Visa / Passport / Special Permits
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and travel permits for all countries that you will be traveling to or transiting through and for informing yourself as to which countries/areas within countries require visas and/or special permits.
Visa and entry requirements may vary depending on your nationality, the length of your stay, and the purpose of your visit, among other factors. Visa information and visas can be obtained by contacting the Consulate or Embassy of the countries involved or from a visa service in your area.
Make certain that your passport is valid for at least six months after the latest expected end date of your planned trip, as most countries will not allow entry if your passport will expire sooner.
Fly Business For Less LLC Travel Agents, Customer Service Representatives, or other employees are not attorneys, and nothing we say should be interpreted as legal advice concerning visas, entry requirements, immigration, or residency.
6 Health & Safety Matters
You are responsible for determining what, if any, vaccinations or other health or safety precautions are necessary or recommended for your destinations.
Fly Business For Less LLC Travel Agents, Customer Service Representatives, or other employees are not physicians, and nothing we say should be interpreted as professional medical advice.
Government health advisories can be found at: www.cdc.gov and www.who.int
7 Baggage
Check with your specific airlines. Most domestic U.S. carriers and some international carriers now charge for each piece of checked baggage.
For most international flights, baggage is limited to a total of 20 kg (44 lbs), total of all pieces and items including carry-on item. If you plan to check and/or carry on more than 20 kg of luggage per person on any of your flights, check directly with each airline in advance for free baggage limits and excess baggage charges.
8 Airline Default / Involuntary Schedule Changes
Fly Business For Less LLC takes no responsibility in the event of an airline's default, cessation of service on a ticketed route, or scheduled change.
Travel insurance that covers airline default and missed connections is highly recommended. Fly Business For Less LLC will not reimburse you for any new tickets purchased due to airline default or involuntary schedule changes, delays, or other inconvenience.
In these cases, please call your insurance provider and your Fly Business For Less LLC agent before taking any action.
9 Contact With Airlines
Under no circumstances should a client contact the airlines directly. We locate flights; secure tickets; request seating, special meals, wheelchair assistance, and chauffeur service if provided as part of our service to our clients. We are your point of contact.
If you contact the airlines, there is the potential to lose a ticket. You are not familiar with our process and would not be able to answer the airline's questions, which could cause the airline to cancel the ticket. We will not be responsible for the cancellation of tickets that resulted from your contact to the airlines.
No replacement or refund will be issued when a client contacts the airlines and consequently the ticket gets cancelled. All requests and changes must go through our office.
You may view your tickets online on the airline's website. You may contact your agent or our booking department at bookings@flybusinessforless.com for requests, changes, or questions.
